The fees related to registration as a psychologist have been set by the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises and are used to finance the operation of Commission of Psychologists, disciplinary boards, and appeal boards. 

How much does a first registration with the Commission of Psychologists cost? 

For any first registration, the fee is €95. This amount is requested only after your registration has been validated. Once payment is received, your registration is finalized, and your psychologist profile is activated.

The registration starts on the date of application and remains valid until December 31 of the same year. The amount remains the same whether the registration occurs at the beginning or the end of the year.

This rule is based on the Ministerial Decree of 25 November 2022, which sets the amounts of the annual contributions, without any prorating. Any registration during the year therefore requires payment of the full amount.

Registration during the year of obtaining the diploma (to be applied from 01/01/2026) :

If you register for the first time during the calendar year in which you obtain your diploma (from 01/01/2026), the registration fee is €10. This amount corresponds to administrative costs and is requested only after your registration has been validated. Once payment is received, your registration is finalized, and your psychologist profile is activated. .

The registration starts on the date of application and remains valid until December 31 of the same year.

How much does it cost to renew a registration? 

The renewal period runs from December 1 to February 28. During this period, the annual contribution for the following calendar year is €95 and results in an active registration from January 1 to December 31.

From January 1, as long as the renewal has not yet been completed, your profile remains visible in the database but appears as “inactive.” Your previous registrations remain accessible for consultation.

Renewal outside the renewal period :

From March 1, outside the renewal period, additional administrative fees of €15 apply. The total registration fee is then €110, in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of 25 November 2022 (Article 2).

In this case, the registration is valid from the first day of the month of payment until December 31 of the same year. As with any registration, the amount is fixed for the entire year, without prorating, according to the provisions of the Ministerial Decree.
